Situation is this:
- Live stream was started or even completed
- Manually or programmatically deleted live_definst_*STREAMNAME.0\STREAMFOLDER*
- Stream is restarted under the same stream name
- Old stream plays for awhile then the stream just stops loading all together
- New video does not play unless the server is rebooted
- Also have to manually place the manifest.txt file in order to get it to play
So my question is, is there a better way to do what I am trying to accomplish. Or, is there a way to release the stream from the cache in order to gracefully restart. Thanks.
