The media playlist name is “{StreamName}/chunklist.m3u8” by default.
Is there a way I can rename or rewrite to “{StreamName}.mp4.m3u8”.

At this time it is not possible to modify the name of the chunklist reference used in the playlist request response. This is a feature that is not supported. I don't have any information on when or if this will become available in the future.
I reviewed the custom modules we have published, and there does not seem to be one for this type of use.
