Create a SaaS

I currently have the VideoShare VOD WP plugin from VideoWhisper, 30-days trial of Wowza Streaming Engine and ffmpeg installed / working on a test VPS.

I am interested in developing an OTT SaaS. A working example: Troma.com. Troma NOW goes to watch.troma.com which goes to troma.vhx.tv. vhx.tv was acquired by Vimeo.

I have there pieces installed and somewhat working. Looking for someone that is knowledgeable in Wowza, Wordpress and Payment Gateways (would like to use my aMember.com License) to create an OTT SaaS
