Viewing IP Camera on Test Player

I have followed the guide at https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-re-stream-video-from-an-ip-camera-rtsp-rtp-re-streaming to configure a TrendNet TV-IP316PI. When I try to view the stream through a test player, all I get is black screen with the status of “playing” with no actual video.

I have sucessfully viewed the video stream from the camera using VLC, using the rstp://host:port/url syntax. The following custom URL suffixes all work with this camera “/mpeg4”, “/Streaming/Channels/1”, “/Streaming/Channels/2” displaying the different resolutions on the video output.

Below are the last few lines from the server console.

Why can I not view the video output through the test player?

Please ask any relevant questions and I will follow up with answers, thank you.
