Hi. I use wowza with transcoder on NVENC. Ubuntu operating system 16.4. NVIDIA Quadro K5200 video card. Driver version 390.77. The problem is that in a static picture, such as a presentation, the picture starts to flicker. If I disable NVENC, the flicker disappears, but then there is a large load on the processor. Tell me how to get rid of this flicker problem?
