Wowza Streaming stucks when sending parallel broadcast to server

Hi, I am integrating WOWZA Framework in my app for live streaming and to broadcast audio on my server. Now When I play live streaming like [self.player play :videoConfig callback: self]. Live streaming play fine, but if I start broadcasting audio along with video streaming being played, audio gets publish on the server but live streaming stucks, and I get this message in console.

ran out of available bytes on Circular Buffer or hit maxSampleLatencyCount

Can I clarify you are using the SDK with Wowza Streaming Engine @Muhammad Zabihullah? Which SDK is this? iOS or Android and also what version please? Thank you.

Hi @Rose Power ,

we are using trial version.
we are using Wowza SDK with Wowza Streaming Engine.
we are using iOS/android SDK.
we are using version 1.5.1

In android after getting this error , we upgraded version from 1.5.0 to 1.6.0, but still it didn’t solve our problem.

Here are the android logs

E/MediaCodec: getBufferAndFormat - invalid operation (the index 2 is not owned by client) E/MediaCodec: getBufferAndFormat - invalid operation (the index 3 is not owned by client) E/MediaCodec: getBufferAndFormat - invalid operation (the index 0 is not owned by client) E/MediaCodec: getBufferAndFormat - invalid operation (the index 1 is not owned by client) I/APP_ID: Background concurrent copying GC freed 85438(2MB) AllocSpace objects, 55(4MB) LOS objects, 49% free, 4MB/8MB, paused 152us total 161.649ms

Furthermore, @Rose Power , We tried a different thing today, We just perform the exact scenario on your sample App, It gave me the same message ran out of available bytes on Circular Buffer or hit maxSampleLatencyCount and then crashed after sometime by saying Terminated due to memory Issue.

With android, If we remove bitrate and audiosample rate from config. it works fine but by doing so, we don’t get audio on receiving end, but gets published.
