Live streamed videos disappeared from facebook

Hi, I’m using Wowza streaming engine to stream live videos to Facebook.

I could perfectly stream live to my facebook timeline.

Issue is that,streamed videos were available on my timeline only for few minutes and then disappeared completely from there ,also from my facebook videos too. No copyright/violation issues was there with those live videos.

Any one knows what could be the reason ?

Hello Risha,

Can you tell me if you selected the “continuous live stream” option for your stream target:

Here is where you will locate that option on an existing Stream Target:

This option is only to be used if you are broadcasting linger than 4 hours and no On Demand asset will be created on the Facebook side if this option is in use.

Oh yeah !!

I used to stream by selecting the “continuous live stream” option for my stream target.
Now I tried by unselecting the “continuous live stream” option and could see that the live videos stay there on my timeline(in my saved videos too).

Issue solved !!
