We are facing connection time out each time once we start the broadcasting before few hours it is working flowlessly but do not understand what’s the problem arrise and got each time connection time out.

The error ‘Connection Time Out’ indicates that the encoder can not connect to Wowza Streaming Engine.
I would try several things

Wowza Streaming Engine is started and accessible - Use Wowza Streaming Engine Manager to see if you can login and see everything is working as expected

Instead of a hostname use an IP address - DNS may not be working

Have you enabled/installed a new firewall ? Perhaps allowing port 1935 is required.
