Test Player on EC2 not working

Hi Guys,

I’ve installed Wowza streaming Engine 4.7.7 on an EC2 instance. I followed the installation instructions on your website, end everything went well.

• The Stream Engine on http://[wowza-ip-address]:1935 is running.

• I can access the Wowza Streaming Engine Manager on http://[wowza-ip-address]:8088/enginemanager

But when I play the test movie, it says playing but display a black screen and no stream is received in the network. Can you help troubleshoot the problem, please?

Wowza Streaming Engine Manager will always report the internal IP address in our sample player. You will need to use the external IP address or DNS name to play back your content.
