I was tested via VLC player with source rtsp addres. There is no problem. Audio and Video coming correctly.
But testing with wowza stream address, video coming but no sound…
Can you anybody help me?
You are likely connecting to an RTSP camera that is using either µ-law or a-law audio. You will need to use Wowza Streaming Engine’s Transcoder to convert the audio channel to AAC for your clients to have audio. Below is the article on how to do this.

how i can set audio transcoder for this properties? I can not find any adding schema for mlaw audio settings.

Hello @Hüseyin Ergen. I checked your support tickets and they are responding to your email address that you are using. The pima.com.tr email address. Have you searched your email folders? There have been two responses for two tickets and they are waiting to hear back from you. It may be in your spam? Can you search Wowza in your email?
We do occasionally see an issue with responses from our ticketing system falling into customer spam/junk folders. Please ensure you have whitelisted the email address “tickets@wowzamedia.com” in your email account or system to avoid further delay in receiving our responses.
Additionally, you can search for key words like Wowza, Streaming Engine, Wowza Sales, etc in the subject header of your email.
I checking all times. But i don’t have any ticket emails from “tickets@wowzamedia.com”. Is there any system like here for see our tickets and responds?
