black screen when streaming in ipad to iphone

Hi all

I have a problem when i stream in ipad to iphone then reciever side get blur (like green color and so n) and sometime black screen

Are you getting anything meaningful from the error logs? Green or black screens are usually related to the encoder having an issue or the bitrate in playback.

Most of the time the green screen comes from the encoding profile being too high for the device to decode.

Also, Playback in the Wowza Player in the Safari browser on macOS may have blocky green artifacts.

Solution

This was fixed in Wowza Player 1.0.04.
