Convert SCTE-35 markers to inCue events and push it to CND

Hi!

I would like to convert SCTE-35 markers to onCue events for HLS streams and push it to Akamai. I found this article

https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-use-generic-stream-target-api-to-prepare-apple-hls-streams-for-ad-insertion-scte-35 where something similar is done, but instead of pushing the stream, the HLS live streams are written to disk.

Is it currently possible to do this in Wowza? Is there any other resource I could use to achieve this?

Hi @Fernando Ordas, thanks for the question and sorry for the delayed response- I was out of the office.

We do not currently have a way to do this and push the markers to Akamai. But, I have passed it on to the engineers who say it is quite complex. I will be sure to notify you if this is something we support in the future.
