Error accesing Wowza Manager - Can't find bundle for base name advancedTables, locale es_ES

I have installed Wowza following the steps of the documentation, everything is correct.

The problem arises when trying to access Wowza Manager, when I add username and password and I give access to it remains loaded and nothing else happens. I have reviewed the logs and found the following line in the wmsmanager_access.log file:

WARN org.springframework.context.support.ResourceBundleMessageSource ResourceBundle [advancedTables] not found for MessageSource: Can't find bundle for base name advancedTables, locale es_ES

Also when I check the status of the manager it returns me:

How can I solve this problem?

S.O. is Ubuntu 18

Looking into it for you @agustin touron…

Thanks @Rose Power-Wowza Community Manager

I have been researching and have found the following in the log “wowzastreamingengine_error.log”, in case you can help:

Unexpected exception.: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create newnative thread|at java.lang.Thread.start0(NativeMethod)|at java.lang.Thread.start(Thread.java:714)|at org.apache.mina.util.NewThreadExecutor.execute(NewThreadExecutor.java:34)|at org.apache.mina.transport.socket.nio.SocketIoProcessor.startupWorker(SocketIoProcessor.java:104)|at org.apache.mina.transport.socket.nio.SocketIoProcessor.addNew(SocketIoProcessor.java:83)|

Hi again @agustin touron, I checked with the engineers for you and they said that an Out of Memory error usually means that the system is not tuned correctly or is installed on a system that does not meet requirements.

We will need to you to provide the full conf/logs in a support ticket so that the engineering team can go over them and find the problem. Thanks.
