Video buffering on a certain segment

Hi.

I have trouble using wowza streaming and I have a question.

Looking at the above picture, we are receiving ts file continuously.

At this time, the video takes buffering.

In the second picture, I receive the ts file at regular intervals.

Both pictures are the same video.

Other videos play normally.

I want to know why this is happening.

Please answer about my question.

Hi @kim ddddeere, so it is one video causing this behavior? You say other videos play normally. If so then tech support needs to view all your files and logs to debug. They need to try and recreate this issue with your shared files in order to resolve it.
