specify schemeIdUri on mpd file for auto switching

Since the AdaptationSet are separated on mpd file, the player cannot switch them if they are not in the same group.

Instead, how could I specify the “urn:mpeg adaptation-set-switching:2016” property on mpd file to specify the other adaptation set ids to allow switching.
