Hi

I am developing android mobile live streaming application using GoCoder

My plan is to live stream video content from cellphone to all social media platforms simultaneously. I am planning to offer the same service to my clients.

I would like to understand how much it will cost if one user streams for 10 hours/ month on all his/her social media platforms and/or private CDN (assume he is paid CDN subscriber). Similarly what is the cost for 50hours of stream processing, 100 hours etc.

Sounds like a great workflow @Asif Ali Khan. Because there are so many variables involved as far as bandwidth and your system components, it’s too difficult to give an exact number, but we do have a Cloud live-stream calculator I can share with you to give you an idea: I know you tagged Engine in the Cloud so these may not be the right numbers for you. I don’t have one for Engine right now.

Also, you can try and get more specific pricing options if you email sales@wowza.com. Our live-streaming experts will ask you some more questions on your workflow as far as Engine in the Cloud and tell you what pricing plans may work best for you. It may end up being better to buy your own license on for your own server. No commitment- they’ll just guide you so you can decide.
