URGENT: Streaming Cloud Issues in Taiwan

All of our 4 streams are getting 403 or 404 errors trying to read Wowza’s m3u8 URL. Anyone else using Wowza’s Taiwan servers having this issue? There’s a typhoon in the area.

Streams don’t load. They get the following errors in console:

Any help would be appreciated, as this is killing our subscription business!!!

Brent,

I know that you have maintenance and support for your Wowza products. Support does not monitor the forums for urgent matters, but instead would ask that you contact us directly to review your account, private streams, etc.

Regards,

Mac

Hi Mac,

Okay, got it. I just felt our support ticket wasn’t being answered in a timely manner, so I thought I’d try here to see if anybody in the community could help. It was (is) urgent so I thought it was worth a try at least.

Best,

Brent
