Can someone take a look at my setup?

Hello - we’ve had wowza (hosted on my server) for years and it’s been running great (so we just dont ever touch it). Last month we went through a major change in where the streaming source was located and now I’m having a difficult time being able to see my live stream again.

www.tv50.tv is where we access it. What kind of help can I request/get from you folks?

Hi @Ron Hartman, our Engine server has gone through several updates in the last several years (version 4.7.7 now) and may require an upgrade now on your part to be compatible in certain streaming scenarios.

You can have someone in tech support look at your setup indeed to see what you may need or not need to do.
