I tried to use a liveedge application to forward its streams to youtube and facebook, wowza console kept in waiting and the youtube and facebook cannot get the stream. Why?
Thank you for posting here in the forums. It’s not possible to use a FB stream target from an Edge server. You will need to use an Origin / Live application to post to FB and You Tube using stream targets.

is there any way to redirect the repeater signal to a live application?
You could use a stream file to pull from an edge @ITC GCS, if you own the edge server.
So, if you did, you can use the .stream file on a live application to pull from the live edge and then you can push to wherever you want.
