Wowza API is giving wrong status for live stream. Says "Inbound: Connected NO" eventhough streaming is started.

Wowza API is giving wrong status for live stream. Says “Inbound: Connected NO” eventhough streaming is started.
While using wowza fetch live stream metrics api it is not giving right status it is giving wrong status.
I’m using API’s for Audio Streaming.

Also delay time is around 15 seconds. Help me with reducing latency time for Audio Streaming!! @Rose Power-Wowza Community Manager @Mark Johnson
