Unable to generate key

Hi,

I am trying to generate Key for Android and iOS but getting error message like this

There was an issue generating a license key for App ID “com.lastmanstands.lmstv” on both. Please contact Wowza Sales.

Can you give us key for “com.lastmanstands.lmstv” (for both Android and iOS)

Is there any chance that the email address you are using has been used before for an SDK download? If the system detects that email address in our system, it will trigger that error and you would need to use a new email address.
