I have installed the Server but when i start test player it just doesn’t work.

The MPEG-DASH test player can have inconsistent playback as shown in the note of the player. Do you see this issue, with using RTMP?
I recommend also making sure that the sample.mp4 file that you’re trying to access does have read permissions:
[install-dir]/content
