HLS stream - tiny seeks in Safari/QuickTime player

Hey guys,

I’ve found these tiny little seeks and glitches in HLS stream while playing in QuickTime or Safari.

Please open the stream and you’ll hear that too: https://wowza.radia.cz/CRo/Zurnal.stream/playlist.m3u8?DVR

Please tell me how to fix that. This is are really unnecessary and undesirable for our iOS application which use some library like QuickTime player.

Sorry that’s happening @Jakub Šmejkal. Tech support does not debug here in the forums as they require full access to your files and logs to determine the cause.

You can submit a ticket here and the engineers will be happy to research the cause of this. I suspect the packetizer for HLS and your Cupertino settings may need to be adjusted.
