Recommendation for streaming transport

Hi everyone.

I currently have 4 servers with wowza in different physical locations, and a main server to send several signals to the other wowza servers connected via the internet.

I need to transport multicast traffic, with low latency and good quality between servers.

I have read that SRT has better latency than WOWZ, but I don’t know if these protocols support multicast.

What protocol do you recommend?

Latency with SRT isn’t necessairly better than WOWZ, but they both offer similar latency performance (WOWZ is slightly faster).

SRT is superior due becuase is will optimize performance across unpredictable networks (See SRT Alliance for more detail). This will be your best option, especially considering your intent to use a UDP protocol.
