We have 2 Encoders ClearCaster with 2 different sw version, 1 with 2.0.1.52 and the other one with sw version 2.0.2.07. On your web site version 2.0.2.07 doesn’t exist. Whic ones is correct?
It looks like you somehow got a preview version, sorry for the confusion. I recommend rolling back your device with 2.0.2.07 via https://fb.clearcaster.wowza.com/rbui so it matches with your other one on the latest version (2.0.1.52).
