can not play streaming on player (video js, vlc player)

Hi

my trouble status is as below

(wowza version is 4.7.7)

encoder -> wowza server is ok ( incoming source is normal)

but can not play in plyaer(video js, vlc - hls streaming)

i use aws ec2 c9.5xlarge (elastic ip, streamlock url)

more than 2 years, streaming service has no problem, but suddenly i got trouble

please guide me

The warning message gives you a hint: “Video codec is not supported by transcoder”, so check which video codec you’ve set up on the encoder. Maybe there’s been a change in your encoder setup lately? If not please specify which video codec and transport protocol you use to publish the stream.
