Wowza player problem

Hi

Im testing the platform if it will be good solution for me but Ive got a problem.

I add the streaming file and in from the outdoor camera and in the incoming streams tab I`ve got this stream in ACTIVE status. But when I go to the “wowza player” and launch the builder, all time I have an information - No Wowza Player licenses, and black field instead streaming preview. Are You able to help me?

It is important that you know that Wowza Player is only available to current customers who registered for a license key for Wowza Player prior to April 2, 2020.

Note, this is not the same as a Wowza Streaming Engine license key!
