Why hls player keep last chunk?

We are currently testing the hls.
I checked it out because there was a pause and play, and only the last chunk on the chunk list is being requested.

Is there any way to play the first chunks first?

There’s quite a for possibilities why you are seeing these results and this requires you communicate with the engineer in your ticket who is requesting you zip and upload your files so we can take a look. . However, if you are using HLS, you can customize packetization to improve playback. The article below has additional details which may be helpful:
