Cancellation of Subscription

Hello, I have sent an email on the 30th June to customerservice@wowza.com requesting the cancellation of my "Streaming Cloud Subscription” .I have not receive a respond but was greeted with an email stating that “we have not received your payment”. I would like an Inquire about my subscription status as soon as possible.
