The no-video issue could be caused by a number of things. As a quick troubleshooting guide, please make sure that the encoding settings for your VOD is included in
the formats that Wowza supports. If you are still having issues, please do send a help request to
firstname.lastname@example.org, and please include a sample VOD file, a zip copy of your [install-dir]/conf and [install-dir]/logs folders, and a reference to this forum thread.
