need to customise the timestamp of stream recording

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to customise the timestamp of my livestream recordings.

currently the files are split every hour on the hour using the {SegmentTime} to build the file name. However, i would prefer the file name to look like this:

20150114-01.mp4

(yearmonthday-hour.mp4)
