When an sdp file is created for streaming in wowza, wowza will create a mp4 file and a temp file along with that. I want to know is it possible to change the name of the mp4 file and the temp file. If it is possible then pls help .

Are you referring to recording streams? While a recording is active then there will be a [streamname].mp4.tmp created alongside. This is removed once the live stream has ended and the MP4 file is then finalized. You can modify the stream name using StreamNameAlias module.
