Regarding why use Wowza and Facebook Live feature vs. publishing straight to Facebook, with Wowza you can stream to Facebook and also syndicate the stream to stream anywhere else. If you want to use the same stream on Facebook and your personal website you could do this. If you wanted to syndicate the stream to other vendors or partners, you can use Wowza to do this and only have 1 single source to do so. You can’t do that with Facebook. using Facebook directly limits you to only streaming to Facebook. With Wowza, you can stream to Facebook and many other locations. You can also add additional features using Wowza.
