We need a solution to log the amount of data each Application uses per month

We have Wowza 4.0.3.01 running on AWS AMI. We are looking to log the amount of data each application uses on a monthly basis.

We are looking for a Wowza consultant to provided us with a solution with a view to form an ongoing relationship servicing our server?
