Do you know what the two are?
For example, we stream to Akamai at Stream Targets. Can you give an example of how the two functions work?

A. -playlistAcrossSessions:
Indicates whether instance-specific playlists should be maintained across source stream interruptions and app restarts.
B. -Cross-Session Playlist Timeout:
The time, in milliseconds, that a cross-session playlist is maintained. The default value is 120000 (2 minutes).
