APIs for creating connection and uploading live recordings

Hi,

I am using wowza and checked app named GoCoder and it works fabulous. I want to develop same app with much more functionality for my client.

Using GoCoder I can create connection and do live stream and able to store video’s.

Please let me know API’s for -

I want develop app in ionic and backend will be in NodeJs OR in rails.
