Application can not run

I’m using WOWZA 4.7.0

I created a vod type application but It did not work.

In Monitoring page, Application Uptime informs that the application not running. I restarted service for several times but it’s the same.

The weird thing is, when I setup WOWZA in my Window 7, it works and the application is up.

But in the window server 2012, it has problem as above.

Do you have any idea of this ? Thank you very much.

Thanks for contacting the Wowza Community!

Windows Server has more enhanced security. You will probably need to configure the server to open up ports and access to work. Can you confirm you followed the installation instructions and also opened the required ports for streaming?
