Hi,

I am using Wowza Streaming Engine to IPCams live streaming. There is problem with transcoded stream. If I play transcoded stream there is no audio when I set audio codec to AAC. Camera uses G711 codec for encoding audio. But if I set audio codec to passthrough, there is issue with audio then. One important thing is that on my local wowza setup everything is working fine whehter I transcode with AAC codec or not but I face problem when is test live stream on staing servers. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? How can I solve this issue?

Hello @Muhammad Farhan,

Can you provide further details about the source stream (audio bitrate, sample rate and which protocols you tried playing the transcoder stream over and which players).

You possibly need to adjust the transcoder presets to resolve the issue.
