We currently do not have a HTML5 Bandwidth checker. Flash is not completely dead, as there are still many applications that use Flash. If you are testing bandwidth, this test should be ok to run and test for the flash clients to get a gauge of performance.
Here is a load test tool that can also help you test things out. This is also a RTMP load tester, but it is still up to date and you can get a accurate gauge. ARTICLE
