Yes, you can. There are several Apps that you can install and SDKs that you can use to build your own App. One example is https://softvelum.com/larix/ which you can download for free from the AppStore. Feel free to ping back if you need anything specific.

Hello Donna,

You can also use the iOS lightning to HDMI dongle to “screencast”.

Please note that not all iOS apps map their audio output to be utilized by this dongle.
