You should be able to capture content from an alternative source other than the built-in cameras by using the SceneKit for the iOS platform and OpenGL for Android.

Yes @FAHAD ALABRI, you can use an external camera such as an USB IP camera as long as the OS detects it, then in the Chrome browser for example only, the camera icon it should have an option for your external camera:
