Could be a permissions problem. Is the directory accessible from a different user then “public”. Try a different directory outside the user directory structure
What was the original directory? Compare that directory (permission rights) with your new directory
I think that the Wowza test player is buggy.
I restarted the Wowza service and it seems to work.
