Changing pmt/pat insertion frequency in MPEG-TS stream

Hi,

I use Wowza media server 3.0 as a VoD (RTSP) server for STBs.

The server streams AAC files using MPEG-TS packets.

I have two questions:

1- How may i force RTSP server output to use UDP instead of RTP?

2- How can i change Packetizer to increase PMT/PAT insertion?
