Scheduled - Please be advised that the Customer Portal on Wowza.com will be undergoing routine maintenance on Thursday July 1, 2021. During this window the following operations will be impacted:
- Credit card and contact information updates
- Streamlock Certificate generation and renewal
- Support ticket creation and management
- Wowza Partner’s end user management
During this maintenance window, please submit support issues to support@wowza.com. The Wowza Support team will be monitoring for any Premium Support Customer cases to ensure service level agreements continue to be met.
