enable hls EXT -X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME

I would like to enable EXT-X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME

I followed that without success :

add custom property
Path: Select /Root/Application/HT T PStreamer.
Name: Enter cupertinoEnableProgramDateTime.
T ype: Select Boolean.
Value: Enter true.

I have last wowza build 4.7.0.1

any idea ?

forget it, i figured it needed to be compiled from code
