Game Stutters while streaming

Hi Guys,

I recently started streaming and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with an issue that I am currently facing.

I mostly stream PUBG atm and I use OBS. But when I stream OBS shows that my CPU utilization is at 5-7% and the game stutters a lot, which goes away the moment I stop the stream. Can anyone please help me with this issue?

My specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k 4.2Ghz

GPU: Zotac Nvidia 1070 amp extreme 8Gb

RAM: 2 x 8Gb 2400Mhz

Boot Drive: 250Gb WD Blue SSD

Game Drive: 240Gb WD Green SSD

Mobo: Gigabyte z270x

OBS settings (streaming at 1080p 60fps)

Bitrate:4500

Encoder: Nvenc (GPU)

No capture card, single pc gaming/streaming set-up
