We have a client that sends us embedded captions in their Live Stream, and we have “Embedded CEA-608 captions in live streams” enabled on their application. We record their incoming streams so they are available for VOD playback. Is there a way to make the captions available on the recording?
FYI: we move the recording to an Azure Blob Storage Account after the live stream ends.
To allow Captions to be recorded, you will want to first enable the following :

The Module is at the bottom of this section after #8. The closed captions should pass through no problem to the recording. Be sure to use a player that can properly display the 608 captions. What player will you be using?
With this enabled, please test and if you are not seeing captions in your recordings, please submit a support ticket.
