Http in HLS input, output in UDP

I need to receive a stream in real time through an http stream in H264 HLS, as follows: https://IP.com/file.m3u8.

This would be possible, How could I do it?

Would you also have to transcode to a multicast output in UDP, would that be possible, How could I do it? (Transcoding with a different bitrate)

With Wowza Streaming Engine 4.5.0.01 and later You can set up an application that ingests content from a live source that provides a stream using an Apple HLS format. See our article here.

The Stream Targets in Wowza Streaming Engine Manager lets you send live streams to multicast networks–without manually editing an XML map file. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can manually edit and manage a map file to send live source streams to these destinations. See the related article here
