I can't streaming in Samsung Galaxy Note II mobile

I can’t start the streaming in Samsung Galaxy Note mobile and all Samsung mobile I am using Wowza Gocoder SDK Latest Build 357 in my app. When I start streaming got the issues from Wowza Gocoder SDk
