i keep getting error "you have bound to ipv6 address and your service only has ip4 addresses" can this be fixed

I am using OBS, i have tried for weeks, keep trying. it is possible to work. yes or no? if so how. i am exasperated at this poing

Do you get the error in OBS? If so, try to change the “Bind to IP” parameter under Settings > Advanced > Network. You can set which network interface and IP address you want OBS to use.
